The
dino was built in the Philippines. The massive quality of the
structure required it to be built in 6 sections. After the forms
were attained in steel and covered with mesh, the sections were
coated in fire-retardant two-part foam. They then were sculpted
as per model and covered in fibreglass and paint. The 6 sections
were then cut into 88 smaller sections, (some as long as 12
Meters, [39 Feet]) packed into 27, 40 Foot top loading containers,
traveling by sea from Manila to Vancouver Canada, by train to
Calgary and then by truck to Drumheller.
